Mongobot, thank you and this is exactly what I was looking for! I know where this is since I often have taken the Keikyu line.
I especially appreciate you taking the time to insert the pictorial map.
Searching more I do see the google map with this location pinpointed--but it just didn't match to the Haneda terminal map which threw me. I found additional pictures that even show the escalator down to 2F with the Keikyuu signage.
I guess the official Haneda terminal map is not current. I also found a listing of shops and services as of 8/31/2023 and this 7-11 wasn't listed on there either which is odd.
Hopefully my flight will be on time so that I can go get my stamps and then do the secondary before they close.

Based on my personal experience, when I gave my credit card to the officer for validation, he was really looking for the word "Platinum" to process. As I have given him a Visa Infinite Card as well, he did not take a copy of that. To be safe, try to provide a copy with the word "Platinum" printed on the credit card.

Same here for me. I use my AMEX Platinum card and the officer was pleased to find the word "Platinum". I wonder if I produce a Debit Visa Platinum Card, will it work as well?

Came back to Tokyo from FUK and finally got my TTP card - No issues with fingerprints and they retook my picture right there in the room. 15 minutes total. Longest part was riding the bus from terminal 2 to 3.

Got my card in Osaka city. Wait time to get the notice for credit card category was 42 days. The immigration building is a bit odd, as there are large stairs to the second floor, but to get to the required third floor you need to use an elevator. Went there around 1 pm and that section was empty. They took my passport, credit card and told me to wait. The missing "Platinum" label on my Amex (while clearly being a Plat card) apparently wasn't a problem. Due to the wait time, I was technically a few days outside 2 landing permissions in the last 12 months. I do have a fair amount of entrance stamps and they're usually within less than 12 months of each other including my last two, maybe that was enough or they count full months or I got lucky. Stamps can be purchased at the second floor, cash only.
