I second or "third" the Richmond Hotel. I stayed there for the first time three weeks ago. To get to hotel from the Keisei Narita Station, look for the EAST exit, Take 3 flights of escalator down to the street level. Turn left and walk 3 to 4 minutes to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants in the Station Square area. Some restaurants will take credit card. If all fails, there is a McDonald's that will surely take your credit card.
