Overnight Haneda

Hello there. We are on an itenerary to Singapore with a 19 hour layover in haneda. The airline with whom we purchased the flight is ANA, but it is a codeshare with United. ANA assures us we can stay in Haneda, but United is giving us problems. Can anyone confirm the ability to overnight in Haneda and if possible, provide a link to documentation?

Thank you.

Yes you can overnight in Haneda. I would also tend to think ANA is more familiar with Japanese immigration policy than UA.

What problem specifically is UA presenting?

Yes - overnight at Haneda is possible as always -- I'm guessing the UA "Travel Ready Center" has an issue distinguishing between HND and NRT for connections.... Assuming your first flight is UA operated -- and that UA's TRC might not be updated -- you will need to deal with UA at the airport most likely -- and it will be fine....
