Anyone tried glamping?

Did a forum search for glamping, but nothing came up. My wife and I started talking about it, and did some internet searching. Surprised that most are more expensive than I thought they would be. Local for us is Hyogo-ken and saw some on Awajishima. But would also be willing to go to Hokkaido in summer. Just wondering if anyone has some hints to share.

My wife says it is the only camping she will consent to now, but we haven't tried it yet. I did look at one in Nagnao a year ago. Nice location. Pretty pricey, as you said.

If you know how to do it, camping is always glamping.
