If I'm dead tired I'll sleep no matter what.
The thing is, OP might not be tired arriving. The people who talked about early morning awakening-I find it depends on when you sleep. If you arrive in the evening in Japan, from the US, you might not be able to sleep. You would stay up late. And then sleep during the day.
