Coming in 2022. The owner of the building is Tokyu group.

Excellent. Looks like Hotel Gracery Shinjuku but with more restaurants and other uses. Eventually we can take those airport buses and walk a short way to APA Hotel or Hotel Gracery Shinjuku. I wonder if it is going to be more upscale?

It could be one like those of Tokyu Hotels.

Tokyu does not have any affiliation with world major hotel chains.

I am familiar with Tokyu brands of hotels. If I have to guess, since it's in Kabukicho, then probably their Excel Hotel Tokyu brand or maybe even Tokyu REI Hotel brand instead of the top brand.
