I read Wikitravel but there are not so good information.
What can i do in TYO and Yokohama over 16 Days?
I fly 12.10 so i dont know what shell i do there. :(

tons of stuff to do in tokyo if you've never been there before. You can also take the shinkansen to Osaka/Kyoto, or to Hakone region for some onsen relaxation.

Tokyo has a couple of decent gay bars.

oh the train is to expencive and i looking for stuff who is "near" Yokohama and my Hotel i am not in good conditions.

You are asking very broad general question. It will help if you can provide some information from your end to help answer your question.

Are you going to be at Yokohama for business or vacation?
How much free time are you going to have?
What is your interest? What kind of stuff you like to do?
Do you like to see local Japanese things? Or are you comfortable doing things which are more familiar at your home country?
Are you going to be alone, or with other people? What are interests of people you are going to be with?
You mentioned “I am not in good conditions.” Are you implying that you have some limitation in physical mobility?
If you have limitation in physical mobility, then Yokohama alone is very large area. If you can be more specific about area you are going to be then people may able to suggest something to do near your area.

Why are you going to Tokyo/Tokohama for 16 days in the first place?

just vacationdepends on my health conditioni dont know.yes but i am very shy.no problem with Japanese Culture exept nudity in bath, drinking alcohol and the traditional toilettes.aloneYes i feel like a zombi. I book that trip many month before and my conditions get no better.
A stressful situation can kill me so i look for an relaxed stay.

Is there an relaxed swimming Bath?

for my first time in Japan is good to be in just one Hotel and dont create an stressful environment.
I have no pressure to maximise my Stay and see everything. So if i see a nice place to sit i can relaxe and visit the other sight on the next day.

Sounds like you are not in best physical condition. Do you think you are up for 16 days vacation? Is there an option of postponing the vacation till you are in better physical condition?

As for swimming pool, I am guessing that you are asking because the hotel you are staying does not have a swimming pool. If you can provide specific location, or name of the hotel you are staying them people may able to provide you with sports club with swimming pool near your hotel.

no i feel i die soon. I try to my psychologist means that wil be good to stay away from home and see something different.
I mean not a traditional swimming pool for health i men more a "fun" and relaxing Bath but not Japanese Style (more People than Water).

I'd say to skip Tokyo and head up to an Onsen in the mountains, but it sounds like that will be out of your budget.

the IC Yokohama is expensive enough....
i dont like the nudity in an onsen.

I had a private outdoor bath at the last one I visited. It cost much more than the IC Yokohama, though.

The Problem is i stay 16 nights.

For heaven's sakes, buy a guidebook. Don't expect strangers on the Internet to plan your trip for you. Or cancel your plans to go to Tokyo and go to some place you are more familiar with so that you won't feel so anxious.

the huge problem is i have an eye disease and cant read so much text.
does anyone can recomend an website?
