Hello: Me again. Still looking for the squeezer.

I don't understand the Manyo Club. It it a hotel? Can I eat at the restaurant that serves the pineapple squeezer?

There are hotel rooms, but it is mostly a bathing and entertainment complex, similar to Oedo Monogatari.

You have to pay a fee to enter the complex, at which point you change into the yukata/pajamas and can use the facilities, which include the restaurant which includes the pineapple squeezers.

Just ate there and used one last month.
