Problem at HND upon arrival
 

We arrived at HND and wanted to send one suitcase to Hokkaido. We figured 3 days based on past experiences of shipping stuff during holiday season. We had to have it in 4 days. The line at QLiner was moving very slow. I waited 15+ min only to be told they can’t promise or even predict any timeframe right now. I asked if theh could at least tell me if 4 days were a safe bet but they refused to comment. So I gave up and lined up next door at ABC. ABC was the exact same.

I decided takuhai wasn’t going to work this time around. We were coming back to HND couple days later to fly to CTS. So we then decided to put the suitcase in the locker. There’re 3-4 different locker areas at HND intl terminal. We went to 3... all large lockers were taken. We then went to a place where they’ll keep your luggage for up to a week. They said they were full and weren’t taking any more luggage. We finally found another luggage storage place that was still accepting bags. After all this, 2 hrs had elapsed from when the plane parked at gate.

This was a busier time of the year. Still, I would’ve never experienced something like this several years ago.
