Which mileage programs offer online Japan domestic award bookings?
I've noticed UA website now offers NH award Japan domestic bookings. Looks like simple RT only online. Plus, NH and JL, of course. Sort of remember BA does. Maybe AC,too?

I never could get ISG to show up on BA either, but now that UA shows NH flights, I've found flights to ISG for 6k one way instead of 7.5k to OKA booked through BA ^ I think there is a limit of booking 2 months out for domestic flights.

You can of course book one way flights on the UA website. I noticed that there is a $1.70 "passenger facility charge" with online booking. It is free or was free over the phone at least with the Tokyo 1K line. I booked the most recent over the phone last month. I guess they just covered that to avoid the hassle of processing a credit card for 170 yen.
This PFC at HND increased in April 2011 to 170 yen.
p.s. I guess non-1Ks get hit with fees for telephone award bookings, so that covers the PFC and then some. I was thinking of going skiing in Aomori-ken and the airport was JAL-only. I recall that there was a booking fee with AA even though I am Platinum (the second highest level).
