Overnight transit at Narita

I'm considering booking JFK-BKK with a layover in Tokyo. The arrival into Narita is 9pm with a 10:50 AM departure.

Has anyone done this before? Does ANA offer anything? I'm sure they aren't putting me up for the night, but do they offer a shuttle bus to a specific hotel, or offer any kind of package?

I know I won't have time to get into Tokyo to do anything (although it is a 24 hour city, lol). I'm content to just catch some zzz's near Narita)

It depends on which class you're flying and what your ticket allows, but I would catch the bus to HND (maybe 90 minutes at that time) and then get the TG flight to BKK leaving HND at 12:25am. If you're flying J or F, this is definitely a better option. In Y, you might be more comfortable spending the night at NRT.

There are several hotels at NRT all of which have shuttle bus service about 10 minute ride from the airport.

P.S. I am almost certain the TG flight is an ANA code share so you should be able to do this.

The last bus from NRT to HND is at 9:30 pm which may be tight depending on how long customs/immigration takes (though with carry-on only you would be totally fine barring a flight delay).

There's also a 12:30 AM HND-BKK flight on ANA though their regional product would not be as comfortable as Thai's.

The last TCAT-HND bus is 22:20. That's too bad because one could otherwise go NRT-TCAT-HND. But you should make the 21:30 bus at that hour. Today I was out the door 15 min from arrival at the gate and that gate was as far away as possible.

But you definitely will not get out within 15 minutes if you are in Y and have checked bags without priority tags -- so it depends on the situation.
