Nice Massage Place in Tokyo?

Hi

Does anyone has any recommendations for a nice massage in Tokyo, preferably by male therapist? Thanks.

Most spas have female therapists. More likely to find a male therapist at a traditional shiatsu clinic. If a female therapist is OK, you might try Olive Spa, they have locations throughout Tokyo. Very nice treatment rooms.

What's your price range?

I think the Nagomi Spa at the Grand Hyatt had a male therapist, but it's pretty pricy.

Thanks. I guess I am looking at USD100 to USD150 for 90 to 12 min of massage. I will take a look.

Nagomi Spa would be about twice that price...

All hotel spas will be substantially more expensive than USD 150, especially for 90~120 minutes. There should definitely be independent spas/massage shops that fit this budget although I do not know any to recommend.

What kind of massage is the OP looking for? Shiatsu, aromatherapy/deep tissue oil massage, Thai massgae, etc...?

Yes, I was looking at those independent or chain spa/massage shops, which are like those in HKG, China or Taiwan. Was wondering if Tokyo offers as such as well. I was told that Oedo Onsen Monogatari does offer massage services as well, but I have not explored this during my previous trips.

I am ok to try either Shiatsu, aromatherapy, oil massage, etc. If there is any good recommendations, will appreciate if this can be shared with me. Thanks again.

I'm not at all familiar with them, but there are a lot of chain type shops that offer 60 minute massages for under 5000 yen, or even under 3000 yen.

There is a very nice 'Super Sento' called La Qua near Tokyo Dome (JR Suidobashi sta.), which is a large complex with onsen style baths and relaxation areas. Although I have never had massage there, it seems they offer quite a lot of massage and other treatment options on the lower floor of the complex.

Also many different styles offered at Manyo Kurabu in Minato Mirai.
