35 Mins Connecting Time in HND / Haneda. Is this sufficient?
I'm arriving on JL from BKK to connect to AA's flight with only 35-40 mins to spare. Is this enough time to make the flight?
Ps: I usually make the connection if it's NRT (usually 20 mins is enough)

If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't tempt it. Regardless of how easy it is or quick it usually is I always give myself 90 mins for domestic and 120 for international-international connections. Weather, ramp, passenger, mechanical delays of more than 20 minutes will instantly kill that connection and force an overnight or at least a significant delay.

As the best replies are likely in the Japan (destination) forum, it will relocate there.

While it's definitely tight, AA sells this connection as meeting the MCT, so it should be fine.
While I would never attempt such a connection at say JFK or ORD, Tokyo is a different story. There will most likely be AAgents meeting your flight to escort all the close connection passengers to the gates.
Additionally, worst case scenario you miss the connection, there are several other options to get you to JFK from NRT later in the day.
