I do like museums, so I will probably go to the Edo musuem.

As for safety I'm not concerned at all, I was in Rio in February and compared to some of the areas there Tokyo won't be scary at all. Thanks for tips on a scam, I usually don't get tricked by them, but good to know anyway!
