Will JPY become cheaper in relation to USD?

In your totally assumptious, pulled out of the ... opinion - do you think that the yen will continue to rise or fall in relation to USD?

The yen has been all over the place since I started paying attention: as low as 250 to the dollar in the mid 1980s and as high as it is now in the early 1990s. Just a couple of years ago, it was at about 130 to the dollar.

OK... my question was poorly worded, I agree.

Will it continue to rise or will it get cheaper?

I had the same question about Intel shares.

If we knew the answer, do you think we'd be looking for the cheapest travel deals? ;)
