JAL - JAL NAMED ?BEST BUSINESS AND FIRST CLASS? IN USA TODAY 10BEST READERS' CHOICE AWARDS
Looks like JAL won in the "Best Business & First Class" category and came in 2nd in the "Best Airport Lounge" and "Best Inflight Food" categories.
And other award winners are.....
(JL 6th, NH 7th)

- Best Economy Class: AA (JL not even in top 10)
- Best Airport Lounge: AA Flagship Lounge at JFK
- Best IFE: AA
- Best Inflight Food: NZ (UA is ranked 9th while NH is out of top 10)

Shows the amateur and very narrow minded nature of these “rankings”.
there are at least 10 airlines better than DL/AA/NZ out there!
Cabin crew - Thai, ANA, JAL, SQ, Aegean, Qantas, Royal Jordanian, Emirates, Korean..
