Blocked Seats in Y?
 
Does anyone know if JAL blocks the first row of economy class on every flight (namely row 23 on the 777-300)? I try to find one between LAX-HND for August, and couldn't find a single flight with one open seat, while the rest of the mini cabin is empty. So, is JAL only offering these seats to travelers with children? Can Oneworld elite request a seat in the same row as well?
