Japan business flight 58 to SFO from BKK or 68 to SEA?

Getting ready to book award Business class flight from BKK to US.
I have option of #58 to SFO or #68 to SEA. Im traveling solo so would want private seat by window. Everyone's thoughts? Flights in November 2020.
Thanks!

Both routes are on the same plane (788), so it depends on your ultimate destination in the US.

I have the NRT-SEA J award next week, though I'm starting in SIN as BKK wasn't available. Seatguru shows the 788 as being a recliner, which I doubt, but will see. I had no problem getting a last minute window seat, but I'm still AA EXP for the reat of this month. I would think that SEA might be closer or a better schedule if you are heading back to PDX, but then you don't mention final destination.

For the millionth time, seatguru is not a reliable source and seat type is clearly indicated on JLs MMB page
