Tips to maximize first First experience

Hello!

I have booked my first First flight in JAL as a surprise to my mum. We will be flying from LHR to HND. What would be your tips to maximize the experience?

Thanks,

Bil

Hah! For a moment, had a sense of deja vu.

Check out a previous version of exactly this :

Have her drink Red Bull

I still slept five of the twelve hours going there, which I thought was fair since I should road test how is sleeping in CX F like. I woke the missus up in time (yes, I redeemed two, this is a hell of a lot of manufactured AS Watsons spend) to order our snacks and gaze at the lights of Moscow under us.

On the way back CDG security confiscated the remaining four bottles whilst leaving the rest of my LAGs untouched (well, they bagged them). I didn't really need the Red Bull on the return flight anyway.

Did someone say "maximize"?

Granted, it's LH rather than JL, but the same principles apply.

I'm doing the same (HND - ORD in July 2020) so I'm glad I'm not the only person who thinks this way haha.

Personally, I'm aiming to see how much Salon I can drink before they run out.

EDIT: Actually, while I'm in this thread, I do have a question that maybe you folks will know the answer to. Does anyone know if it's possible to get the caviar dish from the Western meal with the Japanese meal in F?

Sure. Just ask your cabin attendant.
