  • NRT-BLR (SS8 with C and Y) as announced previously will start from Mar 29 2020

Unless NH change their start date....

SFO is a bit surprising. Taking on UA and NH?

Judging by the pricing on JL1/2 when originating from SFO, there must be a sizable customer base in the Bay Area.

I did not look at the timing of the flights, but is it to connect Silicon Valley to the new Bangalore route?

Yeah, that would be long over due. Or do a joint lounge with Cathay, and just close the current Sakura lounge. It is kind of interesting that JAL has had a lounge for 1 flight a day. Even with two flights a day, having their won lounge is not that usual.

True. But Singapore with how many flights does not. Paris does not, and it had two flights for quite a while. No lounge in London either.

Is it just an oversight that they left PE out of the SS8 routes, or it’s really a 2-class cabin SS8?
