JAL rebook question
 

I need to make a few changes to my booked JAL flights. On the JAL site's Rebook page, there are only alternate flights for the same dates. Are the ways to change the dates, and also the departures and arrivals online? I have not been able to reach JAL by phone for the last two days. Help please.

The domestic online rebooking does allow for date changes as well. I have never tried to rebook an international flight, as all my international rebookings have been via our corporate TA

Are you only trying to change dates, or also destinations?

I was finally able to reach JAL by phone, after holding for >30min. For reasons beyond my control, I had to change the dates, the departure times and the destinations! Due to the fare types, the total cost was quite substantial. The JAL representative told me that changes of this kind cannot be done at the web site.

I don't think any airline allows you to reroute online.
