Just a compliment
 
A month ago, my wife and I traveled SFO-HND-NRT-SYD-NRT-ground to HNA-SFO. 777 transpac, 787 NRT-SYD-NRT. All legs in Premium Economy.
I'm 80, from an airline family (Dad was a v. senior AA Capt.) and been flying all my life. Mostly UA the last 30 years or so.
Every flight, all items of service, cleanliness of the cabin, and attitude of the FAs was totally first class. We've never been more pleased with any airline, foreign or domestic.
Unfortunately, we don't travel JALs routes but every once in a while. Our new favorite airline.
