Haneda lounge / immigration logistics

Hi all,

I arrive at 2pm on the AA flight from LAX and have a connection at 12am on JAL to Singapore.
AA is in F, JL is in J, I'm OW Emerald.

I'd like to use my HND-SIN boarding pass to clear security and access the JAL lounge.
After a shower and quick bite to eat, I'd then like to exit immigration and do some sightseeing.

How do I get from the departure-area lounge to exit immigration?

Thanks in advance for suggestions.

Bill

There is no direct route back to immigration from the departure level. These two sections are seperated. You would need to get a staff member to escort you back through the system.

I would suggest you use the TIAT shower room at arrivals, and then head out in to the city. At 2pm the teppanyaki is closed at the lounge so you only have the buffet options.

I didn't see a thread on this and I'm not a common JAL user so I will let someone else do that.

It is a bit confusing, but is the first class lounge in Haneda going to close effective July 1 or just the Sakura lounge? If the former is true that is heartbreaking as I have a flight out of HND on July 6.

Double-checked against the original Japanese, and this closure affects only the 5th floor Sakura Lounge by Gate 114. The main Sakura Lounge and First Class Lounge on Floors 4 and 5 by Gate 112 will remain open in the interim.

They are renovating all of the lounges, probably to get room for the expansion of flights coming. So all three lounges will take turn closing. Initially the Sky View Lounge.
