Transfer in Narita from JAL to ANA

We are flying from Manila to NRT wtih JAL and plan to continue on to Naha the same day but the only airline flying from NRT to Naha is ANA.
We would be arriving in NRT at 3:00pm and the connecting flight is at 6:25pm with ANA.
Would 3 hours 25 minutes be enough time to transfer which would include picking up luggage and re-checking in a different terminal?

I know Narita is quite effecient and it would just depend on how long Immigration would take and then we would have to walk over to the other terminal for the domstic flight.

If 3 hours are to short, we'll spend the night, take the bus to Haneda and fly out the next day which is fine, was just hoping to maxamize our time in Okinawa.

Thank you in advance.

Jetstar Japan (JAL's low cost short haul arm) does as mentioned fly from NRT to Okinawa. They fly from T3, which is walkable from T2 where JAL arrives. There may be other low cost carriers doing the route as well.

ANA domestic departs from T1 South Wing, and you'd need the free shuttle bus to get over there.

3h 25m should be fine for making the connection. Though of course, in case of a massive disruption your connection is not protected.

Thank you both for the information. I completely mixed up the fact that the terminals are actually far apart and require to take a shuttle.
We already have our ticket from Manila to NRT since it's part of an longhaul flight ticket.
I'll check out Jetstar and otehrwise we'll just spend the night and fly out of Haneda the next day which would be nice anyways since we've never been to Haneda.

Thanks again!
