Will JAL still have premium economy NRT to LAX in 11/2019?
Planning to fly JAL NRT to LAX in premium economy with BA Avios.
1. Does it give me lounge access?
2. Any plans to remove premium economy and convert to all business or economy? (I saw post about SD/NRT where there was no longer premium economy).

SD never had PY. It was not removed, it was just never added.
