JAL ceases OneWorld Yokoso Fare wef 1 Apr 2019
This is answered from JAL Facebook (handled by JAL Taiwan).
"JAL HQ has decided ceasing sales of Yokoso tickets."
Calling JAL Hong Kong would point me to jalagency.com (JAPAN AIRLINES AGENCY WEB SITE), which shows the JAL Yokoso fare disappeared from price list.
So long, OneWorld Yokoso.
I believed this is a shocker for JGC runners.

i believe ultilization is probably the reason. Not that many people are willing to pay USD50 to book Yokoso when JEP is available, esp after they started charging ticketing fee for same day change for Yokoso.

Make sense, having both Yokoso Fare and Japan Explorer Pass seems to be overlap. I think they simply consolidated two fares to one, beside ticketing fees why I want to go though hold of JAL U.S. reservation line which is zillion years of waiting on hold where I can book Japan Explorer Pass online? Availability of Yokoso/Japan Explorer Pass has become more restrictive. Should not complain considering discount getting. But remember way back it looked like if there was a seat open on a flight then Yokoso Fare was available, but now it looks like during high demand dates (such as Japanese holidays) on certain flights Yokoso/Japan Explorer Pass is not available to begin with.
