I am looking for the chart of cash upgrade at airport from premium economy to business. I googled but only found the chart for economy to premium economy. Many thanks in advance!

You can reprice the flight in to J but it would be prohibitively expensive.
Only upgrade option is JMB miles if you are booked in class K and above.

I thought I have seen it (cash upgrade option for NRT-SIN from Y+ to J) offered at the transfer desk, but not certain.

ANA does it when the flight is overbooked, and they need to upgrade passengers. Monetization of the overbooking.

there used to be such option on a single route from KIX but that route has been suspended
