how to tell flight has SkySuite III?
Hi just want to be sure. to verify if my flight is the SkySuite III for business class or not, is to go with the flight number on this page? https://www.jal.co.jp/en/inter/servi...skysuite3.html, correct? I heard about they swap the plane, etc. and I am worried getting on the seat that's not sky suite! Anything else that I need to double check on this? Thx

JAL is normally not bad for swaps, they are infrequent. But could happen. I have never experienced a swap on JAL though.
Read the page carefully, as there sometimes are a few notes with periods of exceptions. |

How can you tell or there's no way to tell until the boarding day?
Last minutes swaps you will not know until, well last minute :D |
not all routes are created equal. The trunk routes (LHR/JFK/LAX/ORD/FRA/SIN/CGK/SYD/PEL/SHA/PVG) almost never get swaps.
Considering C class is catering mostly for Japanese business men on tours overseas, then JAL (and ANA) rarely swap last minute unless it is totally unavoidable and a frame couldnt be pulled from other non-trunk routes (DME/MEL/KUL/BKK/HKG/SAN/YVR etc) This is my experience with JAL for the last 4 years or so flying with them. What route are you on? |
The Singapore one so it might be safe then according to what you stated. |
