wow bad service in japan??
maybe im lucky ive only flown say 6 or so sectors in J from SE Asia and did not have any problems
btw how do you know if crew is BKK / HKG based? U mean they are non-Japanese crew?

Yes, CX is the best! Their HKG based crews are way more outstanding than JL’s, that is if you prefer that kind of service style OP should just switch to CX if he has to fly HKG-HND again if service is consistently bad

i agree. not to mention JL has crap schedule. and hot cabins. and cold food
