Future of JAL First Class?
I read that JAL ordered A350-1000s a few months ago, and that there was speculation that these would eventually replace their 777-300ERs. As it stands, only a handful of JAL's routes have the 777-300ER, and First Class along with it. As long as ANA continues to keep a First Class cabin (albeit also only on 777-300ERs flown on a handful of routes), does anyone see JAL eliminating their First Class cabin altogether? Do they have any more planes on order which could conceivably have a First Class cabin? Looking forward to hearing all your thoughts and insights!

I doubt very much JAL has an intention to remove first class I could see them reducing by one row though.
The A350-1000 is size wise about the same as the 77W so I don't think they will struggle to fit a first class cabin in.

I don't think the seats needs much adjustment, true there is no doors. But I like the cabin better when it is a bit more open Privacy is still very good seat is very comfortable.
