Seeing conflicting info on this. Are there USB ports in 1st or do I truly need an ac adaptor as shown on SeatGuru? Thanks in advance.

Google up "JAL first class review" and check out the countless youtube vlogger videos/blogger sites. Of course, USB is available, even in economy class!
