Compensation for no IFE & WiFi
Recently on NRT to HKG Premium Economy. The flight IFE and WiFi was down but JAL still decided to fly.
They did suggest either 200 yen coupon or 1500 miles for the inconvenience. Giving out forms to all passengers for the compensation, however, I have not do that yet.
Anyone have any idea what compensation should I get or experience dealing with JAL about this issue? Thanks!

Yes, they offered 3000 JPY or 2250 miles for paid C ticket. It makes more sense if it's 2000 JPY or 1500 miles. FYI, Wi-Fi was functional so only the MAGIC IFE system wasn't.
