Last Sunday morning and weekday morning, I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes on JGC line.
A worse thing is a Diamond/Premier line hung up after a short message of congestion.
So, I called JGC line and waited on a speaker phone.

The US line wasn’t that bad on 17th. Just waited 5 min or so on the Top Flyer line. I guess I beat the traffic by checking my reservations early. Now more people realize their bookings are messed up and start calling? LOL

I guess the reservations being showed as messed up is a website transition thing, and no an Amadeus system thing. For Japan site, with award bookings, pure JAL bookings and codeshare bookings in place, I have not had one spot of problems yet.

it’s an Amadeus thing too. Checkmytrip had problems displaying my bookings at some point
