Award redemption on MH codeshares? How?

Award redemption on MH codeshares? How?
Given that JL has a codeshare agreement between KUL and BOS, JFK, ORD) as well as (BLR, HYD, MAA), I am wondering how to make a booking from JFK-NRT-KUL-HYD (as an example).

Online, the only destination in India is DEL.

Is the only way to call the JL Help Desk? Please advise.

You can't. You have to redeem the codeshare flights as MH metal, i.e. oneworld award. And you have to call for this redemption.
