How far ahead are domestic flights sold?
Hi all,
Looking into options for a ski trip early next year and I've noticed domestic flights don't appear to be available for sale beyond October this year. Is it pretty standard in Japan for domestics to only be scheduled 5-6 months in advance?

If purchasing domestic sectors as part of an international itinerary (e.g. SFO-HND-FUK), then you should be able to purchase as far in advance as the international sector, which I believe means up to 330 days before departure.

If you are purchasing a purely domestic ticket (i.e. not purchased as part of an international itinerary), I actually think the rule is that tickets go on sale only two months before departure (source).
