Confused on which Business Seat
Good afternoon all- Frequent flier, but 1st time booking JAL Biz class- I am so confused on what kind of Biz Class Seats I will get:
Sept 8 Flight #708 From BKK to NRT on 788 then NRT to SAN on flight # 066 on 788
Their website shows Sky Suite 787- But everything I am reading shows Shell Seats?
Anybody have any recent experience or can confirm?? If it's shell seats I may look for other options.
Thank you in advance

For your peace of mind, this is a trip report on NRT-SAN after the Sky Suite upgrade (in Japanese) https://airflightlog.com/jal-sandiego-business/
Surprisingly, this is the only one I could find.

BKK is not a high yield route, so it is not first in line for the best hardware. Probably more like last in line. However for a day flight the NEO seats are pretty good and comfortable.
