Do you have any specific questions? If you post them in the next couple of hours, maybe I could help find out the answer onboard if I don't already know it.
FYI, touch screen food and duty free orders are disabled on my flight. Not sure what's going on. Might check with the CAs later if I get a chance.

I know NH tried touch screen ordering for a month or two a while back and had to abandon it because of all the problem it caused for the FAs. Basically, since people were free to order whenever they wanted, everyone would order as soon as they turned the system on at the start of the flight in order to reserve the meal choice they wanted. Since one of the meals is always more popular than the other (who wants to eat mixed seafood stew on a plane?), the FA's had to scramble to fill all the orders at once and then would have to go around telling half the people that their choice isn't available. Apparently, it was a big mess.

Meal ordering system is now enabled but not the duty free one. So I guess they wait till after the initial rush. So I guess for those who aren't used to using the call button to place your order, row 5 might not be the best choice

And they have finally enabled the duty free system as well. So I guess eventually you could use them if you are shy
