Cannot access Palau (NRT-ROR/KIX-ROR) OW award inventory

Cannot access Palau (NRT-ROR/KIX-ROR) OW award inventory
Hi,
I´m planning for a once a lifetime trip involving a stopover in Osaka and/or Tokyo, and trip to Palau.
I just cannot seem to find any way to check the OW award inventory on any of the Palau routes from either BA or JAL systems. In fact I cannot find the entire route in any award inventories.
Am I doing something wrong or is the line so special that it doesnt have any awards available?
