The announcement is still only in Japanese, but if you fly using any of the following fares (大人普通運賃、往復割引、シャトル往復割引、JALビジネスきっぷ、eビジネス6、身体障がい者割引、介 護帰省割引、特便割引1、特便割引3) at least five times or 5,000 FOP in a month, you can use JAL's domestic Sakura Lounges and JAL Lounges until the end of the following month. Fly ten times or 10,000 FOP in a month and you can use the Diamond Premier lounge at HND.
I don't know if it's open to non-Japan JMB members or not, but at any rate be sure to register using the link at the bottom of the page.

Not such a bad promotion. I would think if you were already flying that much that you would already have status but i guess it cannot hurt.

Thanks, JALPak, I added the FOP totals to my post.
Also, as to the "specific routes" bit, all domestic routes operated by JAL, JTA, JEX, JAC and HAC as well as the OKA-UEO/MMY/OGN and ISG-MMY/OGN routes which earn mileage are eligible.

Also, for someone like me who has no status on JAL and has some domestic business trips coming up, this would give me a good reason to choose them.

You know you can simply pay to access the HND Sakura lounge right? But don't expect much as this is just a domestic lounge.
