JAL.com problems ? ? HELP !

JAL.com problems ? ? HELP !

when making a booking i cant seem to get the drop box ,to enter cities, to activate.
this was with ipad2 and laptop at home
but OK with office pc

anyone experiencing same ?

Which regional site you were trying to access? And are you running the latest iOS? I don't have an iPad but I tried using my iPhone and everything seems to work just fine on Japan, North America, and the corporate sites

Was trying to access Australia region

What's iOS ? .. How do I get an update for that ?
