My sister's going to fly YVR-NRT-PVG this winter, but she's registered as Asia region. How long does it take to change her over to American region to register for this promo?

To save you guys some time to call JMB, the bonus miles won't be credited until April 2012.

Yea I will take ANY bonus miles, even if it's just a single mile! LOL

What's the transaction date of your bonus miles? My Dec and Jan flights were posted together as a single transaction with the date of Feb 29 2012.

I guess they probably pick the end of the campaign period as the transaction date. Sucks that they don't just use the date the miles were actually posted to give them an extra month or two of validity but I am not complaining as long as I get bonus miles

I hear you but I have never even gotten close to having any miles expire.

On a side note, for the time in about 8 years, as of today, I'm not even JMB Crystal. Thank goodness for Global Club, so the only real change is that I no longer earn any flight bonus miles. I might get Crystal back this year but it will be close.

I might have let some of my JMB miles expired before (back in the days when I was still a starving student ). Not much though, maybe a couple hundreds

Have you tried logged in to your JMB account? You never know, they may comp u Crystal again The bonus miles is the only point of getting FLY ON status now after they discontinued the UGPs. I am still not sure if it worths the money and time to attain any FLY ON status with all of the recent changes. But oh well that's another discussion

Nope, no more comps. I can't complain, it's been a great run and I'll maintain JGC as long as I have the miles to do so. But after this year, I doubt that I'll have more than one overseas vacation a year.
