1. We're flying HND-NGO-HNL. NGO-HNL is booked in business class, but HND-NGO is in economy. Will we still get the baggage allowance as if we're flying business class the whole way?
2. We're flying HND-NGO-HNL. Will we have lounge access in HND?

JMB Sapphire is OW Sapphire, and while both JGC Premier and JMB Diamond are Emerald, the only difference is that if you join you can attain Emerald by acquiring 80K FLY ON points if you join JGC then with 5000 miles, instead of 100K needed for Diamond.
And for Emerald status you still need to qualify every year and no exceptions. That would be essentially the same with Marco Polo, where you would have probably more opportunities to earn miles with their routes.

https://www.oneworld.com/ffp/extra-baggage-allowance
- On international itineraries, that include domestic sectors, using the baggage allowance “piece” system – one additional bag*, weighing up to 23kgs, up to a maximum of two pieces.

I will be flying ITM-HKD on a JAL ticket paid for using BA points. What is my baggage allowance? The BA ticket receipt clearly states 2x23kg, but JAL's domestic website says 20kg total. Which is correct? Note that my international flights to/from Japan are on a different ticket.
Is JAL usually strict about baggage weight?
Thanks for any info.

I booked a round-trip Frankfurt-Osaka with Finnair, but the return flight is with JAL (flights JL numbers, JL3002 and JL407). Is there any option at JAL homepage to upgrade the booking class prior to the flight? Checking Finnair site I can't do any changes for this part of the iteration, and at JAL site I can only choose seats, nothing more.
So I can only upgrade to PE at the airport, if available?

On the domestic flight there is potentially also an option to upgrade to Class J (domestic PY) space available and if JL3002 is operated with a Class J config

Correct PY at the airport is your only option. JMB members can upgrade for points if booked in K and above, but otherwise JAL does not have any offers for upgrade mechanisms.

Upgrading to J class is really cheap, isn't it? Like 1000Yen?

Yep, a 1000 yen. But basically just a better seat.
