I wonder who that is I usually had a lot more than a few glasses I had I should have asked them to reserve 1/49 of the oolong tea loaded.

you know I was so confused when they told me about that. I thought one of the food items I ordered is out which would still be surprising given it’s either the fresh fruit or ramen. They had to repeat a couple of times “oolong cha” until I realized it’s the drink because it doesn’t sound like fruit or ramen LOL

Now I am annoyed...JL once again downgraded my flight to SHELL FLAT. I don’t care about the seat but it’s the lack of WiFi that annoys me most.

@CPH-Flyer, there’s still no 2019 upgrade package announcement. They announced the 2018 one in mid Dec. Time for you to get worry since we all know you are behind this (For complaining about the 2x FOP every other day LOL)

That's another cross I will have to bear. But I will bear it with grace....

If they really did listen to me, I am looking forward to getting the replacement campaigns, I only asked for more interesting options, not just to abolish without putting something else up for us....

Isn't Award Ticket PLUS interesting enough LOL

I wonder if there will be an announcement if they are indeed abolishing upgrade package altogether.

Maybe it is interesting enough, but it is not a campaign. Just a permanent bug.... I mean feature.

I kind of wish they would let us choose the upgrade package option just like the diamond/JGCP benefits. This way people like you will shut up about the 2x FOP campaign and have something “interesting” in return...say 10% off award plus pricing for 1-2 redemptions

That would work fine with me.. Different members different priorities.

I know what I am going to write in the next survey. "Going from something less than ideal to nothing is an even worse situation"

I gave JL a pretty strong worded comment in my last survey because of the boarding pass issue at LAX and the award ticket plus
kaka likes this.
