NA-style hotels in Rome

My wife and I are going to Rome in mid-April and are taking our 10-year old daughter along with us. My wife wants to stay in a North American-style hotel, so I'm looking for recommendations. I realize this is not the best way to experience Rome and we're unlikely to be in a central location, but this is what I'm looking for. So we need a queen/double with a bed for our daughter or two doubles, I guess, which may be hard to find.

Any tips/advice on which hotels to consider and which ones to avoid? Thanks in advance.

Look for triple rooms. I know that the 3* Albergo Cesari - great cenral location - has these: queen bed and single bed. However I'm not sure if it would qualify as an NA type hotel (b/c i'm not sure what that means in gen'l)

think howard johnson motel. if sheraton builds from scratch, they tend to do NA.

i think that with a 10 yo you must have a triple. go to venere.com and plug in 3 persons. they do not and cannot put a roller bed in a double and make a triple. triples and quads are very uncommon in italy.

You don't indicate budget and I'm making an assumption about what you mean by North American Style but there's a Best Western adjacent to the Vatican that gets decent reviews and very specifically offers triples, quads and family rooms (two connecting rooms).

I travel with my family quite a bit and have found that many hotels in major cities in Europe will offer a family-type plan with a substantial discount on the second connecting room, even if not always accessible on their website. A second room may be overkill for a 10-year-old though.
