Time to process EC261 claim
Looked for an existing thead, apologies if I missed it.
Submitted an EC261 compensation via email to ITA (as instrucred on their web site), I got claim number immediately. We are about 6 weeks later and have heard nothing, anyone have an idea how long it usually takes to get an answer from ITA?

My data points under ITA (both relating to German Airways-operated flights on the LIN/LCY route):
- Flight cancelled 23/09/2022. Claim lodged (by email) 25/09/2022. Compensation received in my bank 20/10/2022.
- Flight cancelled 28/04/2023. Claim lodged (by email) 01/05/2023. Compensation received in my bank 15/05/2023.
So with me they were pretty quick.
