Where to credit ITA Ticket? AR Plus member
Hello
I bought a ticket last week, last minute, one way ticket, on ITA EZE-FCO flight. The ticket was issued in V class by a travel agent.
When I did the check in in the airport (documents check are mandatory) I stated my AR Plus FFN. So far nothing has been credited.
Who should I complain to? AR doesn't allow to credit ITA flights (neither AZ, OK, KQ, RO, VS nor G3) online.
Any suggestion?
I also have miles in SU but I don't believe it works now.
