Cant log in to app (android)?
 

Is everyone else unable to log into the ITA android app? Im trying to save my membership card to my google wallet for some upcoming travel on ITA and KLM and it has refused to complete the log in on the app for several weeks now. My credentials work fine on the web site.

Is it just me? Is there a trick to it?

I just logged out (wish I hadn't!) but I'm unable to log in again. Error message is "The request could not be completed at the moment. Please try again later."

Yep... thats the one ive been getting for weeks now.
Apologies if you screwed that up trying to help me.

Ironically I'm bumping up my own thread nearly a year later but I just encountered the same problem again and this is the first result that comes up in the search!

Did anyone ever find a solution to this?

There have been litany of problems with both the website and app this week, including when ITA have had a widely-publicised sale fare but no-one could purchase this. Not sure what there is to do, but FWIW it does seem working now on iOS.

Is there any way to add the card to google wallet without having to use this dreadful app? Ive been getting the 'The request could not be completed at the moment. Please try again later.' error for months.
