Extra Baggage for Volare Executive Status - How much? Booking economy lite fare ok??

Considering a flight on ITA very soon, can I book the economy lite fare and still get extra baggage, and if so, anyone know how much? Their website doesn't seem to say, even when I log in or start booking and get near completion... I got matched to Executive... the highest official tier besides this alleged Limitless... I can call tomorrow but the fare may be gone, who knows. It is midnight there. And what's with their lounge in Rome, is it too small so only LONG HAUL customers can use it? I have to guess Israel FCO Linate counts as long haul but this is Italy, you never know. Israel not part of Schengen...

Executive members can check one bag free when purchasing hand baggage only fares, but it's possible that at outstations you have to argue a bit to have it enforced. I didn't find or ask if it was 23kg or 32kg, but to be sure I would go with the lower weight. Regarding the lounge, I don't think there are access problems with the non-Schengen one.

I'd book the flight, don't you get 24hrs to cancel for free if you're based in the US?
The only lounge available is in the Schengen part of the terminal, after passport control, there is no lounge yet for Schengen flights. Not sure wether it's accessible if you arrive from a non-Schengen country and connect to a Schengen country.
Flying to Rome, or onwards?

Is it just for me or also for the non status passenger traveling with me on the same booking?
