So far I find most ICs respond quite quickly. Off hand I think I received reply within a day (at most two) from
Toronto Centre
Paris
Hong Kong
Willard

The Barclay takes a bit longer, and even then I recall not receiving any....
I email Toronto Yorkville last night, so waiting for a reply...

(amended: Got reply from Yorkville the next morning)

The Holiday Inn in Charleston, SC replied within 24 hours, but the Mill House (also in Charleston) never replied.

Sounds like a great time to email again with Ambassador services on CC or just email Amb services directly. That usually works.

Although we do not like the MH anymore, I did get an answer to my mail rather quickly and time difference seemed to have more a role than actual response time.

I have not tried that after the change of management.

(looking forward to the new IC. might even schedule a trip just for that ...)

IC Rome

Over the last two days I have been in email contact with the I Rome to book two rooms for June - very efficient contact - all emails were answered within a short period of time - maximum two/three hours ^

CP Ventura Beach

I have always been impressed with the e-mail response time of this hotel, even though I was unimpressed with the previous management. Now it's fine.

This past week, got replies from IC SHA, IC SIN and IC TYO.

Recently received from Willard, AUS, SYD, FRA and Paris Opera.

Did not receive replies from IC Montreal, but now I have personal emails of key management there, so I've now solved that problem.

Although not IC properties, this is my experience of email request.

As a Platinum member I did email the following hotels requesting an upgrade:

Holiday Inn London Heathrow No Reply to Email, although upgraded at check in

Crown Plaza United Nations New York Hotel replied with 24 hours, and upgraded at Check in.

Holiday Inn Atlantic City, no reply to email, and no upgrade at check in.

Also not an IC, but the Sunspree in Jamaica has been awful. This is my third email to them about an upgrade on a vacation reservation.

Even a "No" would be fine, but an answer is all I am looking for.

The manager did write a couple months back telling me someone else would be in touch soon, but then nothing....

HI Frankfurt Neu Isenburg and HI Heidelberg Queen

Both hotels responded quickly. The second one insists on charging a parking fee even though they are in a suburban area with lots of space. I asked them to waive the fee or lose my business -- they lost my business, but answered promptly.

Update:

After posting this, I just got a response today from the hotel saying they would try to upgrade me to an ocean front room as I requested
