Email Delivery Issue
Has anyone noticed a delivery issue with confirmation or cancellation emails lately? I have cancelled and rebooked multiple stays and the emails didn't come until hours later. It was always instant for me.

Mine have been fine.
Not geting them immediatly isn't an issue for me. Not getting them at all would be.
It may be your email provider who is holding them up rather than IHG delaying sending them

Yes, it happened to me yesterday.
I booked 3 stays around 10 AM and got the confirmations around 3 PM.
Could be because i booked the "stay longer" rate where 1 night is prepaid they had a delay in verifying the creditcard with purchase.
